Our returns procedure is extremely simple.

We want you to be happy buying from us, and to come back often, so we make the system simple whilst protecting you our customer as well as us. There are really only two reasons why you could need to return a product:

• You purchased the wrong size. Again we are happy to replace this assuming that it is still in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If we are unable to offer you the correct size we will of course offer you another item or a refund.

To return an item, follow the 3 simple steps below:

• Email returns@smarttailor.co.ukwithin 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.
• We will email you a returns authorisation number, which you should PRINT CLEARLY on the returned package and also enclose in the parcel on plain paper.
• Place the item you want to return in the post to us. We recommend you post it registered delivery.

• You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if you want to return something.
• We must receive your return within 14 days of the original delivery date of your order.
• We can only accept a return if the item is in perfect condition, unworn and has all the packaging and tags attached.

All correctly returned products will be credited to the purchaser's credit/debit card as long as we receive them back within 14 days of the original delivery and the above requirements are met. We will email you once your card has been credited.

To exchange an item you'll need to return the original item as above.

Smart Tailor is extremely honoured that Paul Farrer has been kind enough to write an EXCLUSIVE piece of music for the Smart Tailor website.

Paul was born in Worcester in 1973. From the age of 8 he was singing as a chorister in the Worcester Cathedral Voluntary Choir during which time he performed and recorded with world class orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, The Liverpool Philharmonic and the CBSO.

After leaving School at 16 he began working as musical tea-boy in a busy recording studio where he gained a huge range of experience engineering and producing sessions with jazz and rock bands, solo artists and orchestras.

From writing jingles for radio stations across Europe he graduated to composing TV music and eventually set up his own company (The Music Mint Ltd) specialising in music for media.

In the past ten years he has composed numerous TV and Film scores as well as music works for more varied media projects such as Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story CD-ROM, The Royal Air Force, Ferrari and The Ford Motor Company. Amongst his projects of note he scored Oliver Reed's penultimate movie, and composed the music to The Weakest Link – one of The BBC's most successful TV exports ever, currently playing in over 97 countries.
